Helping Children with Cancer and Other Chronic Blood Diseases

WHY DONATE BLOOD?

The need for blood is endless, and only volunteer donors can help.  It is also important that the blood supply reflect the diversity of our community to best meet the needs of hospital patients.  Donors with genetically-similar blood are more likely to be a match for patients from the same background.  Increasing donations is vital to sustain a wide-variety of blood types for those in need.  One donation can help 2-3 children in need.

Join the effort to help save lives.  It's easy!  It's safe!  It's the right thing to do!
